Logging in through the Outlook Application the system recognises that the account also has access to ashared account and it appears in the left hand navigation.
Logging into webmail (outlook through the internet browser) the shared mailbox does not automatically appear and all you see is your own mailbox (which is new and does not have any migrated data).
Opening a shared mailbox from webmail
To open the secondary mailbox you need to click on your account detail (top right hand of screen) and then choose “Open Another Mailbox” after this you will get a dialogue – simply type the name of the shared mailbox and then click “open’ to open the second mailbox.
