If you have issues with your Shero Portal, please try the following:


If the error message says : "ALERT! Invalid Username or Password" - You will need to do a password reset


  • Received a new password?
    • Yes - Log in with your new password
    • No: Received an error "Alert! This account does not exist" - There is an issue with your user account.  You will need to complete the Shero Portal User Issues form so we can delete your existing account and you will need to re-register.  This issue only occurs when an error has been made at registration, ie. entering your email address incorrectly.  After registration, you should receive and email asking you to verify your registration.
