Please see the below activity process:
- Arrive at the Woolworths on the date of the Set Up/Week 1 activity you have chosen, and introduce yourself to the store manager, (or duty manager in their absence) and show your Shero ID. Please make sure you double check your activity date range before arriving at the store.
- Check that the collection box is set up – this would have arrived in the store with their weekly marketing material with instructions for the staff to assemble it.
- If the Woolworths staff member cannot find the Collection Box, please ask them to have the manager place a “POS Discrepancy” – this will advise their head office that the do not have a box.
- Once you have finished at the Woolworths store, please log into Volunteer Me to mark your activity as Completed.
