I’m booked for a PICK UP/WEEK 2 or 3 shift (activity), what do I when I get there? Print

Please make sure you check the date range of your activity in Volunteer Me before you arrive at the store.

Step 1- Head to the service counter or to a staff member near the front registers.

Step 2- Introduce yourself and show your volunteer ID. This can be the digital ID card from Volunteer Me (on your phone) or a printed version.

Step 3- Head over to the collection box and check out how many donations have been received.

Step 4- Collect donations and then head home and count, sort and log your inventory in your Volunteer Me profile. Be sure to bring your own bag or box to collect the donations

Step 5 - Once you have finished at the Woolworths store, please log into Volunteer Me to mark your activity as Completed.

We recommend you leave a few donations in the box to encourage further donations!
