At the beginning of each Drive there will be a pinned post in your Workplace Regional Group informing you as to who your support volunteers are.
The list will include:
- Dignity Drive Lead - to help you with the processes of collecting, counting, and logging products donated, from our from our collection points.
- Charity Partners Lead - to help you with the processes of delivering and logging of products collected, to our charity partners.
- Stock and Transit Lead - look after the dispatch of donated products to charities in our remote/regional areas. They also manage the Share the Dignity storage sheds in each state.
You can either contact the Lead you need via a Workplace chat OR post a question in your regional Workplace group.
Remember Lead volunteers are also volunteers, so please allow for 1-2 days (during drive) response time as they manage multiple volunteer enquiries and support.
You can escalate serious concerns or report grievances via info@sharethedignity.org.au
