Dignity Drive activities (shifts) are once a week within the date range on the date listed on the activity.

By using the example above, the date range for this activity starts on the 12th August and ends on the 18th August. Which means, you can perform the activity (collect donations) on any date between the 12th and 18th August.

While the time of the activity may say 9:00am, you are able to attend at any time during the collection points business operating hours.

There is no expectation for you to attend to check for donations more than once during the activity date range. If you would like to check more than once during your selected activity date range then that is ok too! Don't forget to show your Shero ID each time you attend.

Please make sure you double check the date range of your activity before you arrive at the store! You can do this my logging into Volunteer Me and viewing your 'My Activities' list - Log into Volunteer Me: https://sharethedignity.azurewebsites.net/

It is very important that you only perform Pick Ups (collections) during the date range of the activity you have allocated yourself to. By performing activities that another volunteer has selected it causes confusion, the potential time waste for a fellow volunteer and incorrect data on who is performing the activities in Volunteer Me.

In some locations, the collection box may need to be emptied more often. Collection Points will have been given contact details to report the need for a pick up to Shero Support (Head Office) Your State's Dignity Drive Lead may contact you to see if you can collect. This does happen at times so please follow your Leads direction. If you are unable to collect when requested, you may see a call out in your Workplace Regional Group requesting support from other volunteers.
